What does a coaching relationship look like?
We’ll start with a free “chemistry” coaching session to get to know each other better and explore your objectives, expectations and needs. It’s also an opportunity for you to discover my coaching style, for us to see if we’re a good fit for one another and decide if we want to work together.
Moving forward, you can expect:
> Individual coaching sessions (about 60 minutes), online or in person if you’re based in Bordeaux
> A discussion of your progress, what’s working and what isn’t
> Handouts, coaching & development materials
> Regular accountability check-ins in between sessions (you update me and I give you feedback)
> At the end of each session, we agree on concrete action steps for you to carry out for the next session.

We’ll explore ways for you to build your mental fitness and successfully adopt healthy lasting lifestyle behaviors.
